Can I plan my rosters around 24/7 work operations?

Yes. Our rosters cater to a wide range of formats, and we can work with you to determine the best fit for your business requirements.

Can I import my own rostering system into TimeFiler?

Yes. If you already have a system for scheduling staff (say, as part of a wider scheduling system for a hospital ward), we can work with you to import that roster directly into TimeFiler. From there, your roster can be viewed, reported on, and costed in the same way as a roster built from scratch in TimeFiler.

Can I overlay leave requests onto the roster?

Yes. With several formats available, you can customise the roster as desired. Clicking on an employee's row will also show their full, editable roster so that you can prepare each employee’s roster on a single screen.

Can I cost the roster according to budget and actual spend?

Yes. The same real-time award interpretation used to determine attendance payments is also used to cost the roster to ensure accuracy. This includes all payments, whether worked on public holidays, overtime, allowances, shift allowances, or penalty payments. The cost is calculated in real-time, so users can see what each employee's roster will cost as they enter it.
