TimeFiler is servicing 800 AvSec staff across eight locations, providing employees with simplified web-based access for their timesheet logging.
Enfinit CEO Ian Johnson says TimeFiler’s multi-user accessibility and full integration with the company’s existing payroll system have completely transformed AvSec’s payroll processes for the better.
“Utilising its online accessibility, AvSec has dramatically increased efficiency by replacing their former paper-based timesheet system. Automating the processing means they no longer require staff to manually calculate and enter hours worked each fortnight. On top of this, TimeFiler’s sheer simplicity means staff require virtually no training. The new system has saved the company a lot of time and money,” he says.
AvSec middle managers also have the ability to progressively check timesheet logging and verify or correct entries on the go, thereby reducing errors and complications at the end of the pay cycle, Johnson says.
AvSec Payroll Manager Neil Gardner says Enfinit worked closely with the team during installation to ensure unique requirements were addressed and the best-possible implementation of TimeFiler achieved on time and budget.
“Enfinit ensured the entire installation was as smooth as possible, taking care to understand and meet our specific needs along the way and achieve a seamless integration with our payroll system,” Gardner says.
“We are very pleased to have found a high-value and custom solution that fully meets our timesheeting requirements by increasing transparency and efficiency, and reducing paper waste,” he says.
“TimeFiler has really brought us into the 21st century.”
