Payments

• What types of payment do you accept?

  You can either pay via Paypal on a monthly basis, or if you prefer, on a quarterly basis (in advance). Alternatively, you can pay by direct credit into our bank account.

• Do we have to pay on a monthly basis, or can we pay on a quarterly basis? annual basis?

  You can decide. Normally payments are made monthly (in advance), or if preferred you can pay every three months or annually (in advance).

Licence fees

• Are your prices fixed per month, or are they per user?

  Monthly licence fees are based on the number of users in your organisation using TimeFiler. Read more about the pricing structure here.

  When signing up for TimeFiler just give us an approximate number of employees who will be using TimeFiler. From time to time, we will check on the number of users, but if slightly more employees are using the system than originally intended, that's OK.

• How do we cancel?

  Simply drop us an e-mail, and we'll cancel your contract immediately. No questions asked.
